Coronavirus *Latest Advice*

You or anyone in household showing symptoms - self isolate 14 days… not out for food nor essentials - exercise at a safe distance. Ask for help. Limit social contact. Use the internet. Even if no symptoms - in household - now everyone stops non-essential contact with others and unnecessary travel. 
Work from home if possible. 
Avoid pubs, clubs and, theatres and social contact. Limit contact with those over 70, with health conditions - heart and kidney diseases, pregnancies. 
Most vulnerable – new steps by weekend- isolation 12 weeks for most at risk.  
Shielding to coincide with peak of the disease.  
Peak coming faster in some areas – London are ahead. Must avoid all close contact in the region. 
Mass gatherings now banned; sport etc. No emergency worker support from tomorrow for any events. 
No school closures as yet.
