15/07/2020 - As school prepares to close for summer, we know that many of you will be concerned about supporting your child(ren)'s mental wellbeing over the coming weeks. To help with this, Schools in Mind have created #SelfcareSummer packs to offer children and young people some fun self-care activities and signpost to additional support if needed. 10/07/2020 - The Mental Health Support Team, part of North Staffordshire Combined Health Care, are hosting virtual drop-in sessions for parents and young people to talk to one of their practitioners if they have any concerns or issues they would like to discuss. The range of issues which the Mental Health Support Team will be happy to discuss, along with information on how to use this service, can be found here.

11/06/2020 - The NSPCC and Public Health England have put together advice for parents and carers about how to support the mental health of children during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Information includes signs of depression, anxiety and stress, and what parents and carers can do to help a child or young person who may be struggling. Advice is also given on how parents and carers can identify signs of self-harm, and how to support children who might be affected. Please click here for further information.
